Letter Writing: In support of S.1668, The Gulf Coast Housing Recovery Act of 2007
The four essential ingredients of an effective letter to a member of Congress:
Be brief and clear about the action you want your member of Congress to take.
Give a reason or reasons as to why you think this action is important.
Thank him or her.
Include your name and address.
